Terms of Use
These terms describe the intended use of FormFill India – Application Assistant, developed and maintained by Digital Sangam Group.
1. Independent utility
FormFill India is an independent application-assistance utility. It is not a government service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government department, examination authority, employer, job board or recruitment service.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information stored in your profile, inserted into a form, uploaded to a third-party website, exported to a file, and submitted to an application authority. Always follow the current official instructions and review every critical value.
3. Compatibility
Compatibility is not universal. Site-specific changes, custom controls, dynamic frameworks, security restrictions and validation behavior can prevent detection or filling. A previously working page can require manual completion after a website update.
4. Manual authentication boundaries
Passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA responses, payment credentials, identity verification and final application submission remain manual. Do not store authentication secrets in the extension profile.
5. Local data and exports
The extension is local-first and stores the information you choose to save in browser-local extension storage. JSON, DOCX and print/PDF exports are initiated by the user. You are responsible for keeping exported files secure and for deciding where to share them.
6. Third-party websites
Third-party application websites have their own terms, privacy practices and technical requirements. When you submit information to them, their policies govern that processing.
7. Changes
Digital Sangam Group may update the extension, documentation or these terms as the project evolves. Material changes to data practices will be reflected in the privacy documentation.
