Before contacting support
- Confirm the active page is the intended application form.
- Try Quick Fill, then Deep Scan.
- Refresh and retry after the page finishes loading.
- Compare the field label with the profile field you expect to use.
- Use the public HTTPS test form to check the extension's generic engine.
What to include
Send the portal/domain, form step, field label, what the extension detected, and a redacted screenshot when useful. Do not send passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA responses, identity secrets, payment details or complete exported backups.
