Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FormFill India – Application Assistant, developed and maintained by Digital Sangam Group, handles profile, form and locally processed application data.
chrome.storage.local. When you explicitly use Scan or Quick Fill, it processes the current page's form structure in the browser to identify matching controls. The packaged extension contains no developer-controlled candidate database or telemetry endpoint.1. Information the extension may handle
Depending on what you choose to enter, import or use, this can include names, date of birth, family names, contact details, addresses, country/location selections, education and employment details, application identifiers, answers/notes, document checklist metadata, and optional government identity references such as Aadhaar or PAN.
2. Current-page form data
When you click a user-facing scan or fill action, the extension may inspect the current page's visible form controls, labels, attributes, accessibility metadata, option text and related structure so it can identify a compatible field. This processing is performed by the packaged extension in the browser. The extension does not intentionally build a browsing-history database from this activity.
3. Storage and retention
Profile, settings and application-related records are stored in the browser's extension-local storage. They remain there until you delete them using the extension's data controls or the browser removes the extension's local storage. The extension does not provide a cloud candidate account.
4. Data use
Data is used only to provide the extension's application-assistance features, including profile reuse, matching/filling, local document and application organization, language/theme preferences and local exports.
5. Exports
JSON, Word (DOCX) and print/PDF exports are initiated by you. Export files are generated on your device. A print/PDF export may be staged temporarily in local extension storage so the extension print page can render it, after which that temporary payload is removed by the packaged code. Exported files are under your control and may contain sensitive information; share them carefully.
6. Third parties and sharing
Digital Sangam Group: The packaged extension does not intentionally transmit saved profile data to a developer-controlled server.
Application websites: When you use a third-party recruitment or application site, that site independently processes whatever you submit to it under its own policies.
Support email: If you voluntarily email Digital Sangam Group for support, the information you include in that email is processed by the email provider and may be read by the support recipient. Do not send passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA responses, PINs, CVV or payment credentials.
7. Advertising and profiling
The extension does not sell saved profile information, use it for personalized/interest-based advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
8. Authentication and payment data
Do not store passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA answers, UPI PINs, CVV, payment card details or similar authentication/payment secrets in the profile. The extension does not automate these controls or final submission.
9. Consent and disclosure
The extension presents a prominent in-product data-use disclosure and asks you to affirmatively acknowledge it before profile/page data is handled for the application's assistance features. The acknowledgement is stored locally as a small policy-version flag.

11. Data deletion and control
Use Settings → Delete All Local Data to clear the extension's stored application data. You can also export a backup before deletion if you choose. The extension does not provide a developer portal from which Digital Sangam Group can retrieve your local profile.
