Does FormFill India work on every website?
No. The extension is designed for common and recognizable application controls, plus selected portal adapters. Websites can change or use custom/dynamic controls that are not reliably fillable.
Does FormFill India send my saved profile to Digital Sangam Group?
The packaged extension is designed for local storage and local processing. It does not contain a developer-controlled candidate upload endpoint or telemetry service for profile data.
Why do some sites fill only a few fields?
A page can use custom controls, iframes, dynamic rendering, unusual labels, site-specific JavaScript or strict validation. Quick Fill deliberately fills only high-confidence matches.
What is the difference between Quick Fill and Deep Scan?
Quick Fill uses a compatibility-first path and fills high-confidence fields. Deep Scan performs broader semantic/custom-control discovery and lets you review matches before filling.
Does RRB still work with the extension?
RRB has not been removed. The extension retains an RRB Quick Fill adapter, but RRB is not guaranteed to be fully compatible because its application pages can be dynamic and framework-dependent.
Does the extension automate OTP or CAPTCHA?
No. Passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA, payment credentials, identity verification and final application submission remain manual.
Can I change the extension language?
Yes. The interface includes a language selector with English, multiple Indian languages and several global languages. User-entered profile values are not automatically translated.
Can I use Dark Mode?
Yes. Light and Dark mode are available, and the selection is saved locally.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The extension keeps the existing JSON backup and additionally provides Word (DOCX) and print-to-PDF workflows. Exports are user-initiated and generated locally.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings and use Delete All Local Data. Export a backup first only if you want to keep a copy.
Is FormFill India an official government application tool?
No. It is an independent utility developed and maintained by Digital Sangam Group. Always follow the official portal and recruitment notification.
Where can I report a problem?
Use the support page or email digitalsangamgroup@gmail.com. Share the portal name and field label, but do not send passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHA responses or payment credentials.
